1. About QJORA AI

QJORA AI provides AI-powered creative tools that allow users to generate, edit, and transform images and other visual content.

Available features may include AI model creation, AI photoshoots, Glam Studio, Artist & Singer Visuals, image editing, and other creative tools that may be added or changed over time.

AI-generated results can vary and are not guaranteed to perfectly reproduce a reference image, person, style, pose, or requested result.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use paid QJORA AI services.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.

You may not share your account in a way that allows unauthorized users to bypass account, payment, credit, or usage restrictions.

3. User Accounts

Certain QJORA AI features require an account.

You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.

You agree to notify QJORA AI if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

QJORA AI may suspend or restrict an account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Uploaded Images and User Content

You may upload images, prompts, text, or other materials to use QJORA AI.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permission, or lawful authority to upload and use those materials.

You must not upload content that violates another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

If a reference includes another person, a recognizable likeness, branded material, artwork, or other protected material, you are responsible for obtaining every permission, consent, model release, license, or other authorization required for your intended personal or commercial use.

You retain ownership of content you upload to QJORA AI.

You grant QJORA AI a limited license to process, store, reproduce, modify, and transmit your uploaded content only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, generate requested results, maintain your private gallery, operate the platform, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated images may contain errors, visual artifacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected results.

QJORA AI does not guarantee exact identity preservation, perfect anatomy, clothing, lighting, backgrounds, or an exact match to a reference image.

QJORA AI also does not guarantee that every prompt will be accepted by an AI provider, that every generation will succeed, or that generated content will be suitable for every commercial or social-media platform.

Subject to applicable law, these Terms, third-party rights, and applicable AI-provider terms, you may use generated images for personal or commercial purposes.

This permission applies only to generated output and does not grant you rights in an uploaded reference photograph, another person's name or likeness, copyrighted material, trademarks, artwork, or other protected material.

QJORA AI does not guarantee copyright eligibility, ownership, exclusivity, non-infringement, or suitability for a particular commercial purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and obtaining any required permission before publishing, selling, licensing, advertising, or distributing it.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use QJORA AI to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate:

• illegal content or illegal activity
• sexual content involving minors
• sexual exploitation or abuse
• non-consensual intimate imagery
• deceptive or harmful impersonation
• fraudulent materials
• harassment, threats, or targeted abuse
• content that infringes intellectual-property rights
• attempts to bypass safety systems, account restrictions, usage limits, or payment controls
• malicious or unauthorized access to QJORA AI systems or other users’ accounts

QJORA AI may block prompts, uploads, or generations when required by our safety systems or third-party provider policies.

7. Image Credits

QJORA AI may use image credits to measure generation usage.

A credit is reserved when generation begins. If no image is successfully saved to your private gallery because the request is blocked, the provider fails, the result is invalid, spending protection stops the request, or gallery storage fails, QJORA AI automatically attempts to return the reserved credit to its original credit category.

If the balance does not update, refresh the dashboard and contact support@qjoraai.com for review.

After each successful paid renewal, plan credits reset to the number included with the plan instead of being added to unused plan credits. If a subscription ends without another renewal, no additional monthly plan credits are issued.

Purchased credit-pack credits remain separate from subscription credits and do not expire while the account remains open, including after a subscription ends.

Credit amounts and plan benefits may change for future purchases, but changes do not retroactively alter credits already awarded to an account.

Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred or resold unless QJORA AI expressly allows it.

8. Free Trial Credits

Eligible new users may receive a limited number of free image credits.

QJORA AI currently offers eligible verified new users 3 free image credits total as a one-time trial.

Free credits do not reset daily or monthly.

QJORA AI may restrict or revoke free-trial access in cases of abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass trial limits.

9. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically each month until canceled.

Subscription pricing, included credits, and features are displayed before purchase.

If a recurring payment fails, subscription access or paid-plan benefits may be limited, paused, or canceled.

Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. A subscription scheduled for cancellation remains active through the cancellation date shown in the customer's dashboard, and no additional monthly plan credits are issued after it ends.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy.

10. Credit Packs

Users may purchase additional credit packs separately from subscriptions.

Credit-pack purchases are generally one-time purchases.

Purchased pack credits remain separate from plan credits, do not expire while the account remains open, and remain usable after a subscription ends.

Additional credits may be reversed when the underlying payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, or determined to be fraudulent.

If credits associated with a refunded or disputed transaction have already been used, QJORA AI may temporarily restrict additional generations until the resulting credit balance is resolved.

11. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment processor.

QJORA AI does not directly store your full payment-card number.

Your payment transaction may also be subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy policies.

Prices, taxes, and applicable fees will be shown during checkout.

12. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed according to the nature of the purchase and applicable law.

Except where required by applicable law, completed generations, consumed credits, and subscription charges are generally non-refundable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. Duplicate charges, confirmed service failures, and requests involving unused credit packs may be reviewed individually.

If QJORA AI approves or processes a refund for a credit purchase, the associated credits may be removed from the account.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a payment is disputed or reversed through a financial institution, credits awarded from that payment may be removed.

QJORA AI may temporarily restrict generation access while a disputed credit balance remains unresolved.

Fraudulent chargebacks, intentional payment abuse, or repeated payment disputes may result in account restrictions or termination.

14. Private Galleries

Generated images may be stored in a private user gallery linked to your authenticated account.

Users should still maintain their own backups of important generated content.

QJORA AI does not guarantee permanent storage of generated images.

15. Third-Party Services

QJORA AI relies on third-party providers that may include:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Supabase for authentication
• Cloudflare D1 for application records
• Cloudflare R2 for private generated-image storage
• Resend or similar services for transactional email
• OpenAI for AI image generation and image editing
• hosting, analytics, security, and infrastructure providers

Temporary outages, policy changes, service limitations, or failures involving third-party providers may affect QJORA AI.

16. Intellectual Property

QJORA AI’s branding, website design, software, logos, graphics, and platform content are owned by QJORA AI or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Your rights in AI-generated outputs may also be affected by applicable law, the rights contained in your uploaded content, and third-party provider terms.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of generated content is lawful.

17. Service Availability

QJORA AI may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue features at any time.

We may also impose reasonable technical, spending, safety, generation, or account limits to protect the service and users.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

QJORA AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, unique, commercially suitable, or accepted by third-party platforms.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, QJORA AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability will be limited to the amount you paid to QJORA AI during the applicable period giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Account Suspension or Termination

QJORA AI may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraud, attempt to bypass safety measures, or create risk for QJORA AI or others.

Users may stop using QJORA AI at any time.

Account and personal-data deletion requests are handled manually through support@qjoraai.com. QJORA AI may verify the request and may retain billing, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or legal records where reasonably necessary or required by law. Deletion is not automatic and no fixed completion time is promised.

21. Changes to These Terms

QJORA AI may update these Terms as the service evolves.

When material changes are made, the effective date may be updated or additional notice may be provided where required.

Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
