Purchased pack credits remain separate and do not expire while the account remains open, including after a subscription ends.

A credit is reserved when generation begins. If no image is successfully saved to your private gallery because the request is blocked, the provider fails, the result is invalid, spending protection stops the request, or gallery storage fails, QJORA AI automatically attempts to return the reserved credit. If your balance does not update, refresh the dashboard and contact support@qjoraai.com.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Your subscription remains active through the cancellation date shown in your dashboard, and no additional monthly plan credits are issued after it ends.

Yes, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, these Terms, and the image provider's terms. You must own or have permission to use reference photos, people's likenesses, brands, artwork, and other protected material. QJORA AI does not guarantee copyright ownership, exclusivity, or non-infringement.

Cancellation does not automatically refund prior charges. Except where required by law, completed generations, consumed credits, and subscription charges are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, confirmed service failures, and requests involving unused credit packs may be reviewed individually. See Support for details.
